Continuing our exploration, we’ll head to the Tarawasi archaeological site, also known as Limatambo. This remarkable construction was commissioned by the Inca Pachacutec and served as a resting place for Inca travelers on their way to Chinchaysuyo. It features a pyramidal stone altar known as the “Usnu” and impressive agricultural terraces.
Our journey then takes us to the city of Limatambo, where we’ll savor a delicious lunch. Following this satisfying meal, we’ll board our private van for the return journey to Cusco.
